Website Enhancements

Rebranding

• Removed purple color from paragraph headers and fields.

Changed font family from Nimbus Sans to Roboto.

Course type: On-demand webinar

• Changes implemented to support a new course type import from LMS:
  • Show course type name/icon and allow to filter course type on product lists.
  • Show course type name/icon and hide “no date available” section on product page.
  • Display specific labels for the course type in the checkout.

Checkout Improvements

• Adjusted the Company number validation:
  • Spain: Accept formats X0000000X and X00000000.
  • Finland: Make field optional.
  • Luxembourg: Make field optional; enforce 2–6 digit limit.
• Added invoicing email field:
  • New customers: Prefilled with Participant 1’s email.
  • Existing customers: Prefilled from LMS invoicing email.
• Included course ID in redirect URL to LMS to display course title/image in the LMS Email/Login screens.
• Fixed the translation not applied in Checkout Opt-in field when it contains a link.

Tailormade Pardot Form

• Added encoded training title in redirect URL to use in the Pardot form.

Paragraphs & Layout

• Updated layouts for:
  • Person list paragraph
  • Quote+quote paragraph
  • Product lists (Search page, Category page...) filters
  • Calendar month picker on mobile devices
• Displayed person descriptions in the person list.

CSP Rules

• Allowed embedding of eLearning platform https://sdworx-payhr.co.uk/ in an iframe.
• Updated CSP rule to support Leadinfo´s new hostname

Search Engine

• Improved technical support by upgrading Algolia Instant Search.

Analytics

• Fixed tracking events sent before OneTrust and Google Analytics load.
• Fixed duplicate tracking events sent to data layer.

Drupal Enhancements

Content management

• Created a dedicated paragraph for program content blocks.
• Fixed dictionary items and menus not updating on the website.
• Fixed parent item in main navigation menu not saved.
• Fixed Finland homepage missing from sitemap.
• Fixed incorrect document URL generated via media button (button removed).

Navigation Redesign

• Aligned the Academy navigation structure with the Country website
  • Added top navigation menu.
  • Added highlight paragraph with image and subtitle.
  • Added spotlight paragraph.
  • Enabled 3-level hierarchy in main navigation.

Security / Performance:

• Enhanced site security by disabling public access to Drupal’s user registration screen.
• Drupal performance enhancements:
  • Centralized storage of redirect links for faster access.
  • Optimized deployment process by triggering site redeployments only when dictionary items are updated for specific languages.

Integrations Enhancements

• Facilitated redirection from Jobat to the website product page by transmitting the course URL to the LMS.
• Improved LMS integration troubleshooting by tracking transactions in Azure portal.
