Why?

  • You have just migrated and you have forgotten some URL during the migration.
  • You have decided to modify your website structure and you don't want to lose your ranking in Google.

How?

  1. Select your country by clicking on “Find and manage group types and group settings”
  1. Select your country:
    Click on nodes:
  2. Click on redirects
  1. Click on add redirects
  1. Click on Add redirect content to groups both publicly and privately
  1. Fill the different fields below:
    1. From: fill the origin url with the https for example https://www.sdworx.co.uk/starting or https://www.sdworx.co.uk/en-gb/starting*
    2. To: Fill the destination url with the https. It can also be external URLs*
    3. Select Redirect Status:
      1. 301 moved permanently: For a redirect linked to structural changes
      2. 302 : For a redirect linked to a campaign
  1. Click on save

* URL should be filled without any space.
