How to manage the main navigation spotlight in Drupal?
Why?
In order to facelitate the navigation for our visitors and to guide them to the most revelant pages.
Before you start
Check if the visuals you want to use are compliant with the visual guidelines.
How?
- Go to the following icon on the left side of your screen
- Select the country you want to work in and click on "menus"
- Select Main navigation
- Select the element of the main navigation which needs some adapations and click on edit.
- Click on spotlight
2 Possibilities
3 levels main navigation
Text: Short which describes the main navigation item
Icon: Please select the category which corresponds to the main navigation items (for example Core HR => Core HR)
Image: No image should be auploaded when having a 3 levels main navigation.
2 levels main navigation
Text: Short which describes the main navigation item
Icon: Please select the category which corresponds to the main navigation items (for example resources overview page => Resources)
Image: Please upload an image which represents the navigation item and the visual guidelines in order to be compliant.
