Tailor made training button added at the top of the training page
- The training button is managed by a toggle in the training page on the LMS website. It has to be manually turned on there for the button to appear in the training page on the Academy.
24/7 link added at the top of the training page
- Website configuration file added to hide the fields until redesign of the training page Practical information box

Bug Fixes/Improvements

- Table of content has been removed
- Categories Goal, Target and approach set on one line

- Improvement of the page performance by optimizing Algolia courses indexes
