New functionalities
- Toggle which prevents the training from appearing in the search -> Launch of SME trainings in Belgium
- 1st phase for use of type code instead of course type ID -> Possibility to create new course types

Bug Fixes/Improvments
- German check-out has Registration Company Number added + VAT number not mandatory any more
