New functionalities

Bug Fixes/Improvements

• Vacancy page
  • The fuel card has been added
  • The image on the contact details block is now 500 x500 on desktop
• Vacancy related application form/open application form
  • When the candidate clicks on the apply button, it changes of colour and text and is automaticcaly blocked so he can click a second time on it.
  • The linkedin field has been added
  • The title of the open application form is managed by a dictionary item
• Office overview page
  • Offices have been moved from the master to the country level
  • Correct office location is showed in Google Map
