Structure & naming convention Foleon
Foleon is the tool we use to create digital magazines (ebooks, white papers, magazines, ...).
We have 1 workspace for SD Worx People Solutions which is organized via a project/folder per country.
Access & user management
There are 3 types of users in Folen:
- Premium users: They can access both the Content Builder and Content Studio.
- A limited number of super users will have this license as it gives access to create templates
- Standard users: They can work exclusively in the Content Builder.
- This license allows you to do the most things like create, edit & publish docs based in templates
- Reviewers
- This is a free license and this allows a user to give feedback on Foleon doc
Each country/team will have one license (usually Standard) linked to a personal email address.
URL structure
For tracking & reporting purpose it is very important to have consistent naming of the url's of your Foleon docs .
We have set up the custom domain read.sdworx.com to host our Foleon Docs, so please always select this option when creating/publishing a new doc. We also added the language/country code in the settings to make sure we can track everything per country/language as well. Please don't change this.
