How to create a new campaign in Salesforce and connect with Halito
If you want to make a new event in Halito, you first have to create a campaign in Salesforce.
These are the steps you need to follow:
- Go to campaigns in Salesforce and search for this Campaign: Event Template [DO NOT EDIT]. Go to the details page and click on the CLONE button (top right).
- A new Campaign will be created with the necessary data filled in for the connection with Halito.
- Change the name of the campaign (think about the naming convention). Then you can start with creating the event in Halito.
- You'll see that there is a new part in the top Right corner. Here you have to create the event in Halito.
- You can choose for a New Event, or link this campaign to an existing event in Halito.
- Select the template you want to use and then click on the button "create new halito event"
- When the event is created you'll see this box in Salesfoce:
- And in Halito you'll see that the event is created with the name you gave it in Salesforce. You can start working on your event in Halito.
