New functionalities

• Luxemburg and the Netherlands have been added as countries
• Country switch in the check-out funnel: A customer has the possibility to select a country where his company is located. Based on his selection, the check rules (on company number) will follow.

Bug Fixes/Improvments

• Text links on the category and training pages do work
• The field PO number has been added
• Extra grey has been added to the buttons in the check-out funnel in order to make clear to the visitor when he can't validate his page
• The text in the search field does appear in the language of the website
