Authorised AI Systems

At SD Worx, employees are permitted to use authorised AI systems for business purposes. These fall into two categories:

• Company-approved AI Systems
• Public AI Systems, under certain conditions and insofar not included on the prohibited list.

AI Policy & Guidelines

To support responsible AI use, we’ve developed two key documents:

• AI Policy – Covers the design, development, and integration of AI systems
• AI Usage Guidelines – Provides practical guidance for the everyday use of AI systems in the workplace

EU AI Act

The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) is the first major regulatory framework for Artificial Intelligence in the EU. Its goal is to ensure that AI systems used in the EU are safe, transparent, ethical, and respect fundamental rights. The regulation applies to both public and private sector organisations that develop, distribute, or use AI systems in the EU market.
