Pillar page - Countries - Drupal

Intro

The pillar page is actually a Topic grouping page. The goal is to group all blogs, whitepapers, e-books, guides, research and optionally events & tools to a certain topic.

This "grouping" is beneficial for the general SEO ranking of our assets.

Guidelines

The topic of the "pillar page" should be in line with the customer challenges which are as follows:

  • Strategic & Sustainable HR: I want to develop an HR strategy that support decision-making and sustainable business growth.
  • Payroll & Reward: I want accurate, timely, efficient payroll processing and fair, cost-effective compensation.
  • Talent Management & development: I want to attract, retain and develop top talent in a competitive market.
  • Time & Workforce Management: I want to optimise time utilisation and personnel planning to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Regulation: I want to be compliant & proactive while navigating evolving regulations related to HR and payroll.
  • HR technology & AI: I want to leverage technology to simplify and enhance HR without losing the human touch.

Dimensions/Limitations/Specs

  • Visual: 960 x 540 in webp
  • The pillar receives automatically the resources overview page as parent.

How to

  1. Go to the following icon on the left side of your screen
  2. Select the country you want to work in and click on "nodes"
  1. Click on “add content”
  1. Choose the content type pillar page:

  1. Fill the following fields
Language/Slug/Breadcrumb label

Language: Already prefilled with language country

Slug: Please use this field if you want a custom URL (don't forget the - between the words). It will be filled automatically with date and the title if it hasn't been filled.

Breadcrumb label: Please use this field if you want a custom breadcrumb. It will be filled automatically with the page title if it hasn't been filled.

Content

Title: To be filled with the topic of the pillar page (should a word or two, not a sentence), the example above: “Digitalisation”.

Description: should a text describing the topic. In the example above, it’s the text below the title, next to the picture.

Image: it should illustrate the topic (dimensions, please refer to category above)

Number of items: This field is not active any more

Search title: Use the same name as for the pillar page

Search description: This is the text which appears in the search results of the website itself and in the search results of Google.

Click on “save”
