Source/Copyrights

The general rule is : Always use approved images

You are only permitted to use:

  • Images from our official brand picture library
  • Pre-approved stock images from our licensed image library
  • For the Domain, subdomaina & Solution pages, you can use the images in the solution/domain media library or the ones already uploaded into Drupal by typing domain, subdomain or solution in the image name field.
  • For the customer cases & testimonials, please check with the customer which images can be used and document their approval.
  • Images of colleagues when you have their consent.

If you can't find an image that fits your needs, you can log a ticket with Agency with your needs so they can search the appropriate licensed image in Adobe Stock and add it to the library.

Using images that are not brand-approved or pre-approved stock is at your own risk and responsibility and may result in compliance issues or fines (to be paid from your budget). Always ensure that you check and comply with the license terms of any images used.

You can Contact us if:

  • there is an image on your website with a potential copyright issue, so we can remove that image completely from the system.
  • there are certain image categories missing in our pre-approved stock images library.
  • you are not sure
