Naming convention Campaigns & Assets
A naming convention for campaigns and assets is essential to make sure our tools remain well organized and you can easily find your campaigns or assets.
The naming convention will be as follows: <country code> <campaign code> <descriptive name> <language code>* <asset type>
* Remark: the <language code> is only necessary for countries in which we communicate in multiple languages.
Country codes | 2 digits, in all caps
|
Campaign codes | With owner: <YEAR><CAMPAIGN OWNER/SEGMENT><NUMBER>
Ownerless: <TYPE> (usually continuous/ongoing campaigns)
|
Descriptive name | This should be a short description of the item you are creating (aim to stay below 25 characters) |
