Our Marketing Technology stack

What is a marketing technology stack?

A marketing technology (martech) stack is the collection of technologies that marketers use to optimize and augment their marketing processes throughout the customer lifecycle. Marketing technologies are used to streamline internal collaboration, analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, and conduct personalized and proactive communication with customers.

SD Worx MarTech Stack

At SD Worx we also have a MarTech stack with tools that Local Marketing teams can use to execute the marketing strategy and reach the marketing goals.

We use different tools in the different stages of the marketing funnel. Below you can find an overview of the tools that are supported from the central Digital Marketing Excellence Team.

Martech stack as an ecosystem

We typically choose tools that connect and play nicely together so the data flows from one tool into another in an automated way (via integration). In this way we avoid manual work (imports & exports), we decrease the risk on manual/human errors, we can act on real-time data and we can guarantee GDPR compliance as we have full control of the data flows.

Access & training to tools

Based on your role, you will get the right access and training for the tools that you need to use in your job. Some tools are restricted for specific profiles to make sure we use our licenses in the most efficient way.

Here you can find the overview of the trainings that we organize.

Adding new tools

We are always evaluating new tools in pilots to see if we have to add a new tool to our MarTech Stack. If you have any suggestions or you are missing certain functionalities, you can always contact the Digital Marketing Excellence team. It is not allowed to start using new marketing tools without the approval of the digital marketing excellence team.
