Creating a engagement program email

When creating "Engagement Program Emails" (templates are only for generic customer follow-up flows and automated campaigns), there are few differences if we compare it to the process of creating bulk emails, and these although sharing the notions of content creation, will differ in the first steps of the process. We have listed them for you and they are the following ones:

  1. Navigate to the folder “Example emails - Autoresponders

[COUNTRY FOLDER] Content Example emails - Engagement studio

  1. Copy the email “[COUNTRY CODE] TEMP Engagement Studio - Example MAIL
You can copy an email using the menu in the right top corner or by simply pressing “alt + c” on your keyboard.
  • Fill in the "Name"
Always respect the naming convention.
  • Choose the "Folder" of the form/page
  • Select the "Campaign" of the form/page
  • Click "Save"
  1. Adjust your email to your liking. We describe how to change certain types of items in this article: Step 4b: Completing the email.

When finalized with the creation, you can always approach the Marketing Automation team to ensure a correct building of the flow that will contain such emails, there are trainings on demand about creating these, but if the request comes from a small country region is always best that we build such flows and ensure there is no incurring in bad practices, booking a call to discuss this in advance is also a great idea and that we cannot stress out enough.
