LinkedIn Lead Gen Form | Zapier connection step 6

How to transfer LinkedIn leads to Salesforce?

Zapier cannot transfer leads to Salesforce directly and it won’t automatically sync to Salesforce. The leads are transfered to Salesforce via a Pardot Engagement Studio. Hence, the data needs to parse through Pardot first as explained in the diagram below:

Zapier only transfers leads to Pardot. It doesn't sync to Salesforce automatically.

The step for creating an Engagement studio should be handled by people who are familiar with Pardot automations. It is best to contact the Marketing Automation Team (Matthew.smet01@sdworx.com / chandni.danhoo@sdworx.com) via Email or Teams if you are unsure how to proceed with this step and to also get a good guidance.

Create an Engagement Studio to push the LinkedIn leads to Salesforce.

  1. In Pardot, create an Engagement Studio. Go to Salesforce Lightning App Navigation ⇨ Automations ⇨ Engagement Studio.
  2. Click the +Add Engagement Program button
