Introduction to InviteDesk & Access
1. What is InviteDesk?
InviteDesk is an event software management tool. It streamlines event invitation management, event website, optimizes guest selection, and provides real-time insights on event success. Moreover, InviteDesk will be the replacement of Halito.
2. Permission and access
There are 2 specific roles set for our field marketers based on responsibility:
2.1 Event Manager | 2.2 Event Contributor |

As an event manager, you will have the permission to view / create / edit Events, Invitation lists, Tickets, Surveys, Public pages, Frontdesk, Address book, Reports, Mailing campaigns and Recipient lists. | As an event contributor, your main access will be ticket management. You can add / edit / remove / distribute tickets. Moreover, you will be able to view assets such as Events, mailing campaigns, invitation lists. |

Check with one of our Marketing Automation team members (Matthew / Chandni / Mario) if you have any questions regarding InviteDesk access or functionality. Our colleague Mario Medina also provides some wonderful training sessions which is helpful for beginners to better understand how the tool works.
